I'm a professional family/child photographer. I also attended and graduated from art school. I started out as an Illustration major, as I've been drawing before I could walk. Due to some health problems that caused pain in my joints, I switched majors to photography. I love it. I can still express myself and I can do it pain free. I still draw & paint when I am able.

new computer...sooo happy!

I finally got a new computer for school. of course my poor mom and i are broke and will be eating ramen noodles for the next month... buuut i'm still totally happy. It's a iMAC G4 800 and it's got photoshop and after effects and illustrator... and all the graphic programs i could possibly ever need. YAY no more spending my nights in computer labs! it's got a ton of memory and hard drive.. it's just freakin perfect. :P

sooo I was attending Ringling School of Art and Design... which had amazing programs. It really is a good school. It was just too bad that a lot of the students there are so stuck up. But anyway... I'm transfering. I'm going to visit, UNC-Asheville, Guilford College, Western Carolina University and Elon University. All in NC... figured I'd go to school here since it's cheaper.... so if anyone has heard any good OR bad things about any of these schools... lemme know! :D
